  • How do I order a driver?

    Ordering a driver is easy with QuickPick. Customers can setup an account by downloading our mobile application, using our online platform, or simply calling us. Creating a QuickPick account requires you to enter your full name, a valid email address, physical address, and phone number. You'll also need to create a password and agree to our terms of use.

    Once your account is setup, you can request a driver with just a few clicks of a button or a quick phone call.

  • What are your operating hours?

    The QuickPick service is available 24/7 via the app and online platform. For phone orders, our operating hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm.

  • Where do you deliver?

    QuickPick currently services the Washington, DC Metro region including Northern Virginia and Maryland. However, we can travel further on a case-by-case basis. If you need us to pick up and deliver outside this area, please give us a call at 888-610-7425.

  • How do I pay for QuickPick?

    QuickPick accepts all major credit/debit cards for payment. Payment methods can be added by clicking the “Payment” button in your account. To ensure the safety and security of your information, QuickPick use Stripe, an online payment processing platform, for all transactions.

  • How does pricing work?

    Our pricing uses a base rate plus a per mile cost (one way) that’s based on the size of vehicle that best fits your needs. You can get a quick cost estimate by using our fare estimator located above

  • What if I need to cancel my driver?

    Simply click the “Cancel” button in your account to cancel your driver. If the driver is en route to the pickup location, there’s no cancellation fee. If the driver has already picked up the requested materials and en route to the destination, you will be charged the full price of the trip.

  • Are there any materials you can’t deliver or size restrictions?

    QuickPick cannot deliver hazardous materials, chemicals, food, live animals, and oversized goods. Our largest vehicle is 26 ft truck. If your materials are too big for this vehicle, you will receive a message informing you that your request is outside our size limitations. Therefore, it’s important to provide an accurate size and weight estimate when requesting a QuickPick driver.

  • Who are your drivers?

    QuickPick drivers all have a valid driver’s license, are insured, background-checked, and properly trained.
